1. Install certificates. Access http://<printerip>/ -> Settings -> Security -> Certificate Management -> Certificate Authority Management 
Click New 
Specify the Certificate Authority Source path or Click Browse and select for both certificates: 
/path_to_cert/Thawte Premium Server CA.pem 
Submit 
/path_to_cert/Equifax_Secure_Certificate_Authority.cer 
Submit 
Verify by going back to the page and a new entry in the table should be added

2. Configure SMTP. Settings -> Network/Ports -> SMTP SetupPrimary SMTP Gateway: smtp.gmail.com 
Port: 587 
Use SSL: Required 
SMTP Server Authentication: Login/Plain 
User Initiated Email: Use Device Credentials 
Device Userid: <gmail_userid> 
Device password: <gmail_password>
